Regulamin wynajmu krótkoterminowego – Apartament Rytm

Niniejszy Regulamin określa warunki wynajmu krótkoterminowego umeblowanego i wyposażonego apartamentu położonego w Warszawie przy ulicy Szajnowicza 8. Przedmiotem wynajmu jest cały apartament, a wynajem apartamentu ma charakter krótkoterminowy, okresowy i nie służy zaspokajaniu stałych potrzeb mieszkaniowych.

Umowa obejmuje wyłącznie wynajem apartamentu, a właściciel apartamentu nie świadczy na rzecz najemcy żadnych dodatkowych usług, w szczególności usług hotelarskich (w tym sprzątania pokoi w trakcie pobytu, przechowania rzeczy etc.), transportowych, turystycznych lub gastronomicznych.

Opłacenie w całości pobytu przez Najemcę oznacza, iż zapoznał się on i zaakceptował postanowienia niniejszego regulaminu.

REZERWACJA

1. Doba hotelowa rozpoczyna się o godzinie 15:00 w dniu przyjazdu, kończy o godzinie 11:00 dnia następnego.
2. Wydanie apartamentu następuje poprzez przekazanie klucza do mieszkania.
3. Dla gości posiadających auto, do dyspozycji jest parking podziemny – miejsce nr ….
4. Klucze zwracamy do skrzynki pocztowej nr …., na parterze za schodami.
5. W cenę najmu wliczone są koszty dostarczania do apartamentu mediów (energii elektrycznej, wody, gazu i odprowadzania ścieków, jak i wywozu śmieci).

OGRANICZENIA

1. W mieszkaniu obowiązuje zakaz palenia, dodatkowo jest umieszczony czujnik dymu.
2. W lokalu obowiązuje cisza nocna w godzinach 22:00 – 7:00.
3. W mieszkaniu obowiązuje zakaz urządzania przyjęć, imprez i zachowania mogącego przeszkadzać sąsiadom.
4. Najemca nie może oddawać w podnajem apartamentu oraz przekazywać go osobom trzecim, nawet jeśli nie upłynął okres, za który uiścił należną za pobyt opłatę.
5. Proszę nie zgubić pilota do garażu, ponieważ wyrobienie duplikatu kosztuje 190 PLN i w takiej sytuacji gość będzie obciążony dodatkową opłatą.
6. Najemca nie ma prawa bez wcześniejszej pisemnej zgody właściciela obiektu dokonywać jakichkolwiek napraw lub zmian w apartamencie.
7. Najemca zobowiązany jest do utrzymywania oraz zwrotu apartamentu w stanie, w jakim apartament został mu przekazany.
8. Najemca zobowiązany jest do natychmiastowego zgłoszenia szkód wyrządzonych przez siebie podczas pobytu. Równowartość wszelkich szkód i ich usunięcia pokrywa Najemca.
9. Najemca ponosi również pełną odpowiedzialność za szkody wyrządzone przez osoby i zwierzęta przebywające za jego zgodą lub wiedzą w apartamencie.
10. Właściciel apartamentu ma prawo wstępu do mieszkania celem usunięcia awarii lub w razie powzięcia uzasadnionego podejrzenia, że Najemca narusza zapisy niniejszego regulaminu.

Short-term rental regulations – Rytm Apartment

These Regulations set out the terms and conditions for the short-term rental of a furnished and equipped apartment located in Warsaw at Szajnowicza Street 8. The subject of the rental is the entire apartment, and the rental is short-term, periodic, and is not intended to satisfy the tenant's permanent housing needs.

The agreement covers only the rental of the apartment, and the apartment owner does not provide any additional services to the Tenant (including room cleaning during the stay, storage of belongings, etc.), transport, tourism, or catering services.

Full payment for the stay by the Tenant indicates that they have read and accepted the provisions of these regulations.

RESERVATIONS

1. The hotel day starts at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 AM on the following day.
2. The handover of the apartment is done by providing the apartment key and proximity card.
3. For guests with a car, there is an underground parking space available – spot No. …...
4. On day of departure, you return key to postal box No …. (level 0, behind the stairs).
5. The rental price includes the costs of supplying utilities (electricity, water, gas, etc.).

RESTRICTIONS

1. It is prohibited to smoke in the apartment, additionally a smoke detector is installed.
2. Quiet hours are enforced in the apartment from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
3. Parties, events, and any behavior that may disturb neighbors are prohibited in the apartment.
4. The Tenant is not allowed to sublet the apartment or transfer it to third parties.
5. Please do not lose the garage remote, as the cost of issuing a duplicate is 190 PLN, and in such cases, the guest will be charged an additional fee.
6. The Tenant is not allowed to make any repairs or alterations to the apartment without the prior written consent of the property owner.
7. The Tenant is obligated to maintain and return the apartment in the previous condition.
8. The Tenant is obligated to immediately report any damage caused by themselves during their stay. The Tenant is responsible for covering the cost of any damages and their repair.
9. The Tenant is responsible for damages caused by persons or animals staying with their consent or knowledge.
10. The apartment owner has the right to enter the apartment in order to fix a malfunction or if there is a justified suspicion that the Tenant is violating the provisions of these regulations.
